St. Louis Rams tickets

St. Louis Rams tickets

The St. Louis Rams schedule looks to repeat some of its past magic including the 1999 Super Bowl XXXIV Champions (Rams defeated Titans 23-16 in Superbowl XXXIV on Jan. 30, 2000) in 2007.

The St. Louis Rams football team will continue to build its defense and hope to improve the defense. Adam Carriker, - Nebraska Cornhusker's star is a key addition. Carriker posted 20.5 sacks (sixth in school history), 134 tackles and 41 tackles for loss in 45 games. Carriker was the top player on the team's board when it made its selection.
Known for his outstanding motor and relentlessness, Carriker should make a good fit in the middle of the Rams's defense no matter where he lines up.

Edward Jones Dome

The St. Louis Rams logo has an interesting history to its origin. Halfback Fred Gehrke, an art major in college, made a pen-and-ink sketch of a ram's horn in 1947 and showed the rendering to Bob Snyder, the team's head coach. Gehrke suggested the design would make an eye-catching addition to the team's helmets. Snyder could not visualize the artwork, so Gehrke painted the design on the leather headgear. The following season, the Rams became the first pro team with a helmet insignia. Today, the Cleveland Browns are the only NFL team without a helmet logo.

The Edward Jones Dome - St. Louis Rams stadium opened November 12, 1995. The Dome is an integral part of the America's Center complex and home of the St. Louis Rams football team.
