Weather insurance for tickets

As a full-service ticket broker we offer weather insurance for all tennis tickets and golf tickets that you purchase from us. If an entire day is cancelled because of acts of nature for the day you have purchased tickets, we will promptly issue a full refund for that day, minus the shipping and handling, if you have purchased weather insurance along with your tickets.

Why Should I buy weather insurance?

You've already made the investment in your entertainment when you purchased tickets, why let an Act of Nature ruin your day? By adding weather insurance to your order you will be guaranteeing that you will receive your money back if an Act of Nature causes a cancellation of the event.

How much does it cost?

Weather insurance costs just an additional 15% of your total purchase before shipping charges and is only available for golf and tennis events.

How do I order?

If you order your tickets online, you will have the option to add weather insurance to your order during the checkout process. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, or if you have already placed your ticket order just call us at (800) 800-9494 and let us know that you would like to protect your ticket investment with weather insurance.

What counts as a cancellation?

Golf tickets — If any one hole is completed by any player, no refund will be issued.

Tennis tickets — If one game in a set is completed, no refund will be issued.
