…a great deal of the action was in front of our seats. Thanks for the upgrades they worked out very well.
FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions
Once I've placed an online order am I guaranteed to get the tickets I've selected?
Not yet. After you have placed your order a representative from Team One Tickets will verify that the tickets you have selected are still available and then contact you to confirm your order.
Why would the tickets I have selected not be available?
Our web site is just one of the avenues that we use to sell our tickets and we must confirm that the tickets you have selected are still available before we can confirm your ticket selection.
What happens if the tickets I have selected are no longer available?
In most cases we can offer you tickets in a similar location at a similar price. You are not obligated to take the tickets if they are not the ones that you originally selected. If the replacements tickets we offer you do not meet your needs and you wish to cancel the order your credit card will not be charged. Once you have agreed to tickets and your order is processed you may not cancel your order.
I've placed my order but now I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
The only time you may cancel your order is when the tickets that you originally selected are not available and you have not agreed to the tickets we offer in their place. Once you have agreed to a set of tickets and your order has been processed you may not cancel that order.
I ordered tickets last week and now I've found similar ones for less. Will you refund me the price difference?
No. Conversely, if the price of the tickets goes up after we sell them we will not contact you and ask you to pay an additional amount.
Why can't I select the exact number of seats that I need?
As a rule of thumb you may only buy an odd amount of tickets from a selection where an odd number of tickets is available. Similarly, you may usually only purchase an even amount of tickets from a selection where an even number of tickets is available. If you cannot find the quantity that you need in the location that you desire please call us at (800) 800-9494. We may be able to locate the number of tickets that you need in the location that you desire.
Why do you require so much paperwork to purchase tickets?
We do this for your protection. We need to ensure that the person ordering tickets is the actual cardholder for the credit card used for payment.
Is entering my credit card information here safe?
Yes. Team One Tickets knows how important the security and privacy of your information is to you. Our web site uses 256 bit SSL encryption to keep your information confidential. To ensure that you are on a secure page look for the following:
Do ticket brokers get their allotment of tickets at a discount?
No. Ticket brokers do not receive any special allotments of tickets and we usually pay more than ‘face value’ for tickets. In fact, most performers and sports teams impose buying limits when tickets go on sale so that one person can not buy a large block.
How do you get such good tickets?
Throughout our 38 years in business we have built a vast network of season ticket holders, sponsors, coaches, players, etc. that sell us tickets. We also buy tickets from the general public who often charge us more than the face value of the ticket. If you have tickets to sell please let us know.
Why do you charge so much for your tickets?
Our tickets are sold at market value. One of the determining factors in pricing is our cost to obtain the tickets, which is almost always higher than the ‘face value.’
Why can't I get tickets this good from Ticketmaster or the box office?
For some events such as the Super Bowl very few, if any, seats ever go on sale to the general public. For other events the really good seats are often not made available because they are saved for VIPs, friends and family of the performer and sponsors. The average consumer does not have the wealth of contacts that we have established to get access to these coveted seats.
Team One™ Tickets is a privately owned agency that buys and resells tickets on the secondary market. We are not Ticketmaster, LiveNation, StubHub or the official box office nor are we affiliated with any professional sporting organization, performer, or venue. Our ticket prices reflect the cost of obtaining premium seating and are usually sold above "face value".
